Role and Responsibilities:
- Directly coordinate with line manager and execute outlined tasks and strategy.
- Collaborates with sales and Marketing team to reach prospective clients
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
- Makes sure clients receive requested response and services in a timely fashion
- Communicates client needs to line manager and understand their requirements
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with new and existing clients
- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
- Manage the CRM accurately and provide consistent reporting to management
- Reporting to direct manager
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Able to implement strategies.
- Provides early recognition of potential risks with (major) business impact in the account. When necessary escalates identified risks in time to line manager
- Identifies, develops and drives leads and opportunities as part of the Account Business Planning together with his/her account team.
- Identifies potential areas of growth and improvement in service delivery with existing clients
- Works with line manager to prepare and finalize business proposals
- Ensures costing and billing accuracy for company services and existing clients while maintaining minimum margins
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
