• Manage and control projects from start to finish to ensure a high quality and accurate execution as per the design drawings within budgets and timelines
• Produce detailed shop-drawings and make any necessary corrections to existing drawings
• Analyse, understand and compile project specifications and requirements
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Main Contractor, Authorities and all parties involved on site, issue relevant reports, and propose solutions to any problems that may arise during construction
• Manage project cost according to budget
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
• Supervise work progress by managing foremen and labours on site and report on project
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, safety guidelines and regulations
• Apply and follow-up for relevant permits and approvals with Client, departments and authorities
• Prepare, present and follow-up reports, proposals, payment applications and contracts
• Report to Managers
