 Building a strategy around recruitment as well as the execution of best practices for benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing effectiveness in an effort to meet or exceed hiring goals
 Strengthening the Employment Brand and translate into strategy to attract the best talent
Innovation and Technology
 Driving innovation and harnessing digital technologies and social media to attract the best talent
 Create best in class technological support platforms for efficient management of TA processes – Recruitment, Staffing, On-boarding and Pipeline management
 Identifying future talent needs collaborating with the recruitment team to develop talent pools and/or social engagements
 Ensure optimal utilization of available systems such as Brass Ring
Analytics
 Defining and developing recruitment metrics (qualitative and quantitative) in collaboration with the leadership team
Brand and Communication
 Continuously improve and enhance the candidate and Onboarding experience
 Ensure Noor Bank’s positive image with regard to Talent Acquisition through our Career’s page and available social media platforms
Process Improvement
 Partnering closely with the leadership team to develop, optimise and drive an efficient, consistent recruitment process from talent attraction and candidate identification to on-site assessment, offer proposal and negotiations
 Acting as an internal consultant to provide consultative perspective on staffing needs and issuing and advising on approaches
 Providing fair and empowering robust and efficient framework to lead to the right choice in selecting the best talent
Stake Holder Management
 Developing strong partnerships with the senior stakeholder and external hiring consultants whilst working in a collaborative manner to achieve business objectives
Developing Others
 Provide leadership and direction to build and retain a highly engaged, motivated and TA team that delivers value to stakeholders and enhance HR’s internal brand
 Ensure employees and leaders are aligned to Organisation’s Mission, Vision and Values and live the desired culture.
 Ensure that team is well trained and processes/infrastructure are efficient to support a “wow” experience at all TA touch points
Onboarding Management
 Developing and implementing a cohesive day-to-day recruitment operation and related programs across all functional areas
Financials
 Ensure all hiring is done with approved budgets
 Enhance utilization of low cost recruitment channels and develop a cost neutral recruitment strategy
 Actively work with the rewards team in ensure staff costs are managed and ensure hiring within applicablepay ranges
