The Role of Manager

To plan, manage and management the assembly of the Meat Plant to confirm the quality of the (new) product, timely delivery of product and price potency.
Manage the merchandise development of the plant in line with market needs and food safety standards.
The productivity of the Plant
Review and implement improvement programs/systems to boost the productivity of the Plant.
Analyze and report productivity KPI’s for the Plant.
Review and enhance production processes, controls associate degreed specifications on an in-progress basis
Effective and economical designing of workers to maximize productivity
Confirm that the Plant absolutely complies with all QA standards.
Ensure training’s square measure done on time in coordination with QA Supervisor.
Ensure full compliance on housework, tormentor management, sanitation, and maintenance SOP.
Prepare and facilitate internal and external audits and make sure that action plans square measure enforced
The Candidate

Degree in offer Chain, Agriculture, Food Engineering or a different connected field
Minimum of eight years of meat producing expertise and five years of department management expertise.
Food business expertise and understanding of HACCP, FDA, OSHA, BRC, Common Market rules square measure needed.
Proven integrity within the areas of worker safety, quality, and food safety.
